The Beginning

Chef Marie Dubois opened our first location in Toronto with just 3 instructors and a dream to revolutionize culinary education.

Expansion Across Canada

We expanded to Vancouver, Montreal, and Calgary, bringing our unique hands-on approach to more aspiring chefs.

Digital Innovation

Launched hybrid learning programs combining in-person instruction with digital resources and virtual demonstrations.
